EXECUTIVE | On arrival, English speaking Meet & Assist agents will meet you at the end of the airbridge. Golf Kart buggies are available. They will give you full Airport Assistance to and through passport or visa control in the main terminal. They will escort you to the baggage and customs clearance zone. Then they will help find your driver, hotel rep. | ELITE VIP | For the very highest level of comfort and complete privacy the Elite VIP arrival or departure service is given inside a special, private VVIP terminal.
Singapore Assist - Departure Help
EXECUTIVE | For departure, the Executive or Premium service team will contact your driver to coordinate with your arrival at the airport. After greeting you they will assist you to and through the check-in area and immigration processes. Then they will take you to your airline lounge, and/or finally to the boarding gate. | ELITE VIP | Departure passengers enter directly into, and use, a Special VVIP terminal facility (set aside and separate from the main airport terminals) for complete privacy and luxury, avoiding all the lines.
Singapore Connection & Transit help
We give Business and Premium service help for transit and connection passengers. Our Meet & Assist greeter will meet you at the end of the air bridge tube (where you step in the terminal building). They will guide and escort you through the transfer process. This will include all necessary boarding pass and baggage transfer procedures, whatever is needed for your particular connection. Finally they direct or escort you to your airline lounge, or to the flight departure gate. | ELITE VIP | may be available – please ask.
